Playing catch-up...back in May when family was in town we went to Mt. Vernon and happened to be at Washington's tomb at 2:00 for the wreath laying ceremony. They asked for members of the military and Jay was the only one there so he was the one who led the ceremony and placed the wreath in the sarcophagus. It was an unexpected honor, we were proud of our Coastie!
